QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
P’Brothers Building Ltd is fully aware of its responsibilities in respect of the environment, in the development & marketing of its services and effective running of the business in various rope access services. These include building works, maintenance works, general construction activities.
The nature of the Company activities places particular emphasis on partnership, professionalism and productivity, and a commitment to health, safety, quality, reliability, natural resource conservation and protection of environment across all of its operating sites and locations.
P’Brothers Building Ltd is looking to establish and maintain an effective and efficient documented Quality Management System. This statement sets out the means of providing the best service for all our clients, through our "Satisfaction sheet" records, and continuous dialogue with our clients to ensure best communication and also ensuring that all our services satisfy the contractual requirements and quality specifications required.
It is also our Policy to work towards conformance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, national and international standards and industry practices where applicable in the UK including ISO 9001: 2015 & any subsequent revisions.
OBJECTIVES
Our objectives are to:
• Produce & Maintain an efficient and effective Quality Management System and to keep it under regular review as a basis for improvement
• Provide a service, which satisfies client, employees, suppliers and other interested parties, needs and expectations using preventive methods and practices • Seek to achieve continual improvement
• Look at implementing Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with Quality Standard and relevant to our business practices.
COMMITMENT
Senior Management will:
Provide the necessary resources to maintain the Quality Management System. Ensure that our personnel are fully conversant with new technology and best practices. Ensure that our personnel are competent on the basis of appropriate education; training, skills and experiences to enable us achieve our objectives.
Ensure that Company Name operates to a very high standard when delivering its services which in turn leads to good customer satisfaction.
To ensure compliance with the stated objectives the Company is working towards developing and operating a Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015.
Policy is reviewed at least annually or sooner should any changes occur.
